OBHYANTAR "Abhayamudra" and "Sarpashirsha" MMXXII demos.
Spawned out of Kolkata's idiosyncratic BM underground, OBHYANTAR hold the key to the ominous gates to nightmarish subterranean landscapes of the deepest unconscious. Bleak lo-fi black metal in vein of Black Cilice, Sortilegia, Obskuritatem, Mare and Katharsis. Murky, miasmal and malevolent - OBHYANTAR's first demo 'Abhayamudra' is a mythical reverberation of a chthonic call, revealed in the thunderous voice of an eternal opposition. 'Sarpashirsha' further plumbs the horrific depths of this aural netherworld, vomiting forth plutonian resonances and enveloping the mind's eye in an infernal, dreamlike haze.

ever since falling in love with ROTBs Exuvia, I've been looking for more native American sounding metal. most bands I've come across have been themed, but only in lyrics, not in sound. This is a step in the right direction, however this band can go a lot further. Atl Tlachinolli is a fantastic black metal album and I can't wait for more! 4/5 ClassyMusicSnob
Devestating and Offensive.
The names of both the project and the release, plus every track title, say it all.
Every sound Konflict makes is an Exterminating Force.
The fact that it triggers the shallow brains of degenerates and pierces the parasitic souls alone makes every member and everyone involved worth the respect and full support.

The metal’s band revelatory new record crosses genres and styles, effortlessly combining seemingly incompatible subgenres. Bandcamp Album of the Day Apr 26, 2024
